He is a caring and giving person who loves to hang out with friends and acquaintances while on his free time. He has no problem being alone with his thoughts and some believe that he is a lone wolf but he has high people skills and knows and understands peoples natures and how and what drives people to do things and act certin ways. He is laid back and has a long fuse that comes with patience but he will come to the defense of others weaker than himslf. Matt is also headstrong and openminded (oxymoron yes i know) and his better quality is that he can think out of the box and think of things other wouldnt normaly thing of.He is also very loyal and lives by the code of honor when it come to his fellow man(and wemon lol). The only real kink in his personality is that he once his fuse is whittled down he will explode with a force to be reckoned with due to the fact he bottles up and tosses all negativity he interacts with into his subconscious. He will also sacrifice personal time and energy to help those in need because he cares more for others than himself when the need arises.

Backstory:

Matthias was born a blind street kid and went to school in special classes until he turned 16 because that is when his powers and he got his sight back because he sends out a sort of electric field around him so he can see and later he found out that he could control/make lightning,ice and stone.After a while he was able to make a sort of armor out of the elements that he could control and one day he saw a gas station robbery and in the ally he used his powers to knock out the robbers and the robbers said it was a shade that got them so since then he has been doing it for only a few months before quitting school and building a small shack in the nearby woods. He would patrol the small town looking for anyone that had bad intentions.

A few years had pass as he has been able to have computers and make the shack into a sort of home. He had heard a few rumors of a school for people like him but ignored it. While he was on patrol one day he ran into a small kitten and decided to raise it, using his abilities with the electromagnetic field and through long hours of training he was able to establish a sort of faint mental link with the feline. He named it Prince Jake(jake for short) because of its attitude to life. He was able to develope his powers fairly well as the time had pass, he was able to make the armor a bit smoother and stronger while lighter weight by knowing the best places to get the best minerals for his stone ability while learning to make his ice faster, and his radar field of view wider bt his sight weakness to the sun was the same unfortunetly for him but he was content with it. His life changed when the towns gang found his shack and torched it while he was out on patrol with jake. After that point the memory of the school popped into his head as if it was a sign and he started to travel from South Carolina to Virgina on foot with jake at his side providing a sort of conversation as their link provided them with a means of sharing emotions and feelings but eventually made it. (basically my rp is starting with his day one)

Abilities:

Matt is able summon three elements: Ice, stone, and electo. Starting with ice and stone since he combines them for the suit he builds around himself when it comes time to fight or just to protect himself from things that would normally be very hard to do. He pulls the moisture from the air or from a water source freezing it and from that point he is able to manipulate it at will to an extent. He cant take a peice of ice and sling it miles but he can sling it just as far as a good stone throw but at a much higher speed and can hit a bulls eye easily.(granted that its within his radar vision) Now to stone powers, He is able to summon the earth below and around him as long as its composed of earth minerals like stone clay some forms of quarts. (but mostly just stone) The suit he forms around himself is inspired by the videogame Halo but with his own twist.(ill put pic at the bottom) It is composed of stone and ice, the stone is used for the armor part while the ice is used as the flexible parts like at the joints and neck and manipulated to be bendable while not breaking. Ice is also used for the visor while he uses his electro powers to make a mental HUD within the system. On that note his elctro powers now. he was born blind and learned to get around and study while blind but as puberty hit he gained the ability of manipulating electricity/electromagnetic field allowing him to see by sending out rapid low power pulses of static to make a mental image of things around him in real time. He is able to absorb most forms of electricity and use it but not enough to kill more as stun like an electric eel. His ability with the electromagnetic field allows him to tap into the mind of people but very faintly the most he could do is read the last minute or so of someones emotional state and a slight guess at their thoughts while also being able to send them to the person of like feelings of comfort, warning and ect. he can in no means control or manipulate a being only get a sense of their thoughts and feelings. (which is how he "talks" to the cat and it back) Now lastly his weakness. His biggest weakness would be that his powers aside from his radar draw upon his bio-energy meaning that if he were to go too far with his powers he could get hurt or worse. What also happens when he hits his max is he goes into a hibernation state in order to recharge himself which according to what he has done it could be a day or if gone too far weeks before he is able to wake up. Another weakness he has is that his radar is effected by direct sunlight due to the sun's electro field it has, so the clearer the day the worse his radar is disrupted.
