History:
In the rolling hills of Virginia long before humans knew of the place a private school was created for the noblest of the mythicals. Named Xorinthia, to symbolize the time of peace and prosperity between all mythicals. Royals of each species came when they reached the age to learn more about their power and other mythicals. Even when war broke out among the many races Xorinthia remained a safe haven for all enrolled, where political disputes could not touch the friendships made with in it’s borders. As time wore on humans began to encroach on the land and the headmaster at the time felt it his duty to protect the school and it’s students, so he created a magical barrier in which only those of mythical blood could pass through. As time wore on the school became less and less prestige, headmasters began to care less about the good name of Xorinthia, accepting all sorts of students, and not all of them having the best of the best background expected for when this school was created. For the past four hundred years the down and out school had been accept any and all riff-raff, most of those, are unable to control or have no desire to control their power. The once great school has now become a home to the unwanted supernatural.
One day it was discovered that current headmaster had beaten one of the teens in his care to death for not being able to control her power; outraged by this the headmaster had been removed immediately. As the school could not be left without a headmaster for long, a loyal staff member, who remembered what Xorinthia was suppose to be like, decided it was time to bring the school back to it’s glory days, and he knew just the woman who would care enough to do it!
It has now been six months since Lucky, as he was known around the school as, had brought in headmistress Iryssa. Iryssa who has worked tirelessly to improve the grounds around the school and in the school itself. The only question though is...can she restore Xorinthia to it’s former glory?
