Nick quickly gave himself a quick once over, still wanting to look presentable. He took out his phone and sent Daneel a text, just a quick message saying he was finally meeting up with the female and didn't know what state she was going to be in when he had to leave, Some females don't take being rejected very well. He straightened his coat and headed out of the door. He locked his fingers behind his back, preparing himself. He had had to do this in the past, most of the girls understood and were actually very accepting, once he explained why that is. A few took it badly.. understandable. But one girl flew off the handle, shrieking  how he needed god and how she would save him... Thankfully the usually rude and obnoxious rugby team decided to be on Nick's side, two of them dragging her away (after prying her off of Nick's coat) the others starting a conversation with Nick, laughing and making jokes... mostly at the girls expense.

Nick turned the corner, the dormitories came into view, he set his path towards the Lobby, where he was to meet Haley. He turned the corner, the soft arm chairs coming into view. But he stopped in his tracks, a look of surprise on his face as he saw the figure at the other side of the room.

Lewis had his cell in his hand and was hitting the top of it against his other hand.He wandered aimlessly around the room,not bothering to turn around.He would know when Nick came in. He let his mind wander and he silently spun around. He stopped by a wall and leaned against it.He let his mind wander as he stayed still.

'Nick is going to either hate me,or not trust me for awhile. I would prefer the latter,but the former seems more and more like what will really happen. I wonder if he would even go for me if he was gay.I mean,I don't check out every cute guy I see,but if he would go out with me,hmmm I wonder what it would be like...' He thought silently. He looked up to see Nick standing in the doorway. he perked up and took a few steps forwards.

"Uh...Hey...Nick,uhm,I need to talk to you about something. It's uh,pretty big and I don't exactly know how you're going to react to it."He shuffled his feet on the ground and kicked the corner of a chair in awkwardness.

Nick looked up, eyes traveling around the room. "If you're finally going to tell me what i have done to piss you off, please hold that thought, i am supposed to be meeting someone here and I don't want your bad attitude to scare her off. Especially since I don't know how its going to end, so I don't want the beginning to be bad" He said, running his fingers through his curls, nervous about going through this... once again.

Although, Lewis being here was strange... it was nearly past curfew, and he was usually very careful about being back by curfew, Nick on the other hand was not so careful, usually just making curfew or being hours late, depending on what he had been doing and who he had been with... And now, Lewis was just... standing there! It struck Nick as odd, but he attempted to brush it off, didn't need to start this delicate process already being on edge. That would make it just that much worse, he wouldn't be able to think straight, nervous, probably make a huge mess of the affair and end up hurting the girls feelings, which he wanted to avoid, hoping they could remain friends.

Lewis watched Nick's nervous running of fingers in his hair.Nervous? This could work in his favor.

"nervous are we?I mean meeting a girl? That's pretty big. I bet your going to ask her out. But I do have a question before this mystery girl shows up." He stepped five paces closer and nervously glanced at Nick.He toed the ground and stuffed his hands into his pockets."What would you do if this girl wasn't even real. That someone was just doing this to get close? Nick..." Lewis sighed and turned around before looking back at Nick." I've been cat-fishing you Nick.I came up with the name Haley.I've been pretending to be her because I didn't know how to get to know you because you brushed me off after day one. I understand if you're upset with me or hate me, or if you want to punch my lights out,I will bloody well have earned that.I'm sorry though. Haley isn't real,I am."
He sighed and stepped back,pulling his hands out of his pockets and spreading his arms,his head tilted down in submission of sorts.

"Feel free to dole out my punishment anytime now." he commented,trying to keep the bitter tone from his voice.

Nick's world seem to flip upside down, relief, confusion, irritation... all of these started swirling around his head as his eyes locked onto Lewis. With his long stride, it only took a few steps to get to Lewis. He stood close, probably to close for comfort, but he didn't care. "Why didn't you just talk to me? I thought you hated me" he said quietly, searching his eyes for any sign of anger or hatred.  His hands gripped the shorter mans shoulders, his eyes searching for anything, but his swirling mind made it hard for him to think. 

"We're roommates, Why did you need to make a fake person to get to know me?" he said, fighting the the relief that seeing Lewis caused. Ah who was he kidding, he was over joyed, He had been trying to find out what the hell had gone wrong that first day... so he could fix it. And to be honest, just because your mad at someone, doesn't mean you can't admire the view. He had seen how Lewis acted around others, and had quite easily found himself crushing.

With a sigh, his head bowed, smiling an laughing in relief. "I...I am so glad I don't have to let that poor girl down" he said, falling into hysterical laughter. "I was so nervous she would be angry or hurt" he said, his smile genuine, not realizing he had bent down towards Lewis before his face was close enough to Lewis's that he could barley feel his breath on his face...

Lewis watched as Nick spoke.He wasn't angry! Score! that means maybe they could be-.

Lewis watched as Nick's face got closer and closer to his.In a moment of pure fear and panic,He placed his hands on Nick's chest and pushed back,firmly but not to hard.

"What on god's green earth are you doing?! I'm not gay! Why on earth were you trying to kiss me?! Did you think just because of "Haley's" flirting,that I was wanting to be with you? No,that's wrong and I can't believe you would think that of me.Oh my god.You're gay.I can not believe it." He turned and walked away a few few before coming back with his hands up on his head.He threw them done in frustration." Just,Never do that again.I..Uggh! I can't even stand to look at you right now" He turned away and huffed deeply,folding his arms across his chest. He felt so humiliated,why on earth would Nick thinks that he liked him? what on earth gave him,well...THAT idea? he growled curses and insults in his mind and Nick and vaguely wish he had yelled at the other teen more before he ad turned around,but he was already facing away to let Nick take the full force of Lewis' anger with him.

Nick took a step back, his eyes widening, he hadn't even realized he was doing it until he had been pushed away. His gaze followed Lewis as he paced and ranted, his ears catching all of it, locking it away in his brain. Burning the words into his scull. He took another step to steady himself, his brain to preoccupied repeating Lewis's words to remember balance. His hand clamped around his jaw, nails cutting into the fair skin of his cheek.

He seemed lost, this had never happened before, yes he had been rejected before... but not like this. He had always been so careful about who he opened up to, if in love interest, making sure that they were gay... He felt dazed, cut open by Lewis's words. His free hand wrapped around his waist, keeping himself together, it wasn't even a thought out action, to dazed to think.

He hadn't realized he had been holding his breath until it was painfully obvious, he let our a shaky gasp for breath, hoping Lewis was to busy freaking out that a guy had nearly kissed him to hear it. Tears bordered his eyelids, threatening to spill, but he wouldn't let him. His anger had started, This boy had led him on, pretended to be someone interested, then just shoved his face into the dirt. His hand was shaking now, eyes blazing, hiding how hurt he truly was.

"So sorry" he sneered, biting his cheek, the metallic tang of blood filled his mouth. "You won't have to see me again, ill be expecting that you would want to fill out the roommate removal slip, I suggest you do that as soon as you possibly can, god forbid you have to see me..." he shot at him, brushing past him with a flick of his hand.

As he turned the corner, he lost his hold on his control and fell apart, sprinting to his own room... hopefully Zach would be ok with a sudden temporary room mate until Lewis filled out the paperwork...

[DANEEL IGNIS]

Danni was Furious Beyond furious... He shot a look  to the owl that had been perched on her shoulders and motioned towards the way Nick had fled. "Go..." was the only thing she hissed and Zach took off towards Nick, only making one detour to run his talons across Lewis's cheek. (Was given permission to do use Zach). Danni herself lifter the darkness cloak she had been using, appearing out ow what seemed thin air. Being a partial darkness dragon had its benefits...

She stalked up to Lewis, her eyes nothing but slits. "you arrogant little tosspot, do you understand what you just did?!?" she snarled, stalking up to him and grabbing him by the collar, and glaring down at him. "Imagine If someone you though liked you had done this to you! now times that by about 5 because Nick doesn't open up to people, he has always Been reserved, hiding how he feels about people, you Twat!" she Snarled, Her fangs glinting as she bared her teeth at him, growling. She pulled him closer, her wings flaring out in a very intimidating way.   

"You complete and utter arse, you just Tore into someone who has never been accepted for being himself, someone who has gone through life hiding how he feels  because he feared no one would accept him, My best friend who was given away at the age of ten by his adopted parents because they didn't want to deal with a shifter and would rather give him up. Do you understand how much I would enjoy tearing your throat out, but I have a friend to comfort, So do us all a favor and piss off" She snarled, thrusting him away from her before taking off.

Lewis stumbled back as a brown and grey blur shot past his face and he was greeted immediately by pain on his cheek. That bloody owl had scratched him!He just about went after that damn bird,but a female stood in his way.As her furious ranting got more intense and she pulled his close and got in his face,Lewis was terrified. When she finally left and pushed him back,her words sunk into his mind.And the more he thought about each of her words,the more he realized he had just redone to Nick what those jocks did to him in 12th grade.

horror gripped him as he went back over his own words.

He fell to his knees and leaned forward till his weight rested on his hands. Tears fell from his eyes as her reflected on his grade 12 incident.and what had just happened.He looked up to the corner the three others had just turned down and let horror overtake his features.

'Oooooh,god.I messed up.I messed up big time and I don't think I can ever make this right'
