ROLES OF BASIC STAFF MEMBERS

Administration :

Like any school, others are needed to keep this one running smoothly. At least, as smoothly as it does. These are the people listed in the cannon staff claims; [Here]. They each have a different job and thus are difficult to explain here. Please, refer the the thread previously linked for further information.

Counselors :

Obviously the administration cannot do their jobs alone. They need the help of counselors, who, while yes are here to talk to you if you have any problems, are more times than not busy putting together schedules, enrolling new students, and helping to decide where punishments are fitting. They, after all, have a better understanding of our students. At least, we pin them with that even if it's not true.

Student Advisers :

Student advisory is a very simple job, really. They work under the counselors as basically back up counselors. They are the assistants. They fetch water and help new direct students where to go while keeping everything nice a tidy. They don't get paid very much and are probably among the lowest levels of the staff, but that's just fine. They don't have to much to do and aren't over worked, at least!

Security :

Generally speaking, they are the ones who are most annoying. Their job is almost literally to get you in trouble, or so it feels. Sure, the forest is dangerous, but hey man! Seriously, though, they have an important job to keep the students safe. Whether or not they feel its that important, well it depends on the guard. Some of them might be more likely to drag you into the forest than out of it, so good luck!

Teachers :

SITE WIDE MYTHOLOGY & LORE

Were-creatures and Shape-shifters Lore: For these guys there is no half and half creatures. You're either fully human looking or you're in the form of your animal. Shape-shifters actually came before the were's and are in a way, the 'parents' to were-creatures. Shifters get their ability through genetics and magic that ran in their veins long before their time. Their 'base' form is their animal, in which when they are weak, lost control, or simply super relaxed they will revert back to their animal form. Where as the were-creatures were given their ability to change through being a blood transfusion by a shifter, and their base form is human.   Over time were's became dissatisfied and banned together to take revenge on shifters, killing most to extinction, but the shifters survived. Also due to most animals living either in solitary or in small groups, were's and shifter's have less of a monarchy and more of a representative government, among their species versus some of the other supernatural. 

Vampire Lore: These creatures might be titlted with being king of the night, but vampires can go out in the sunlight, just usually with a pair of very dark sunglasses. Sunlight doesn't burn them, but it does hurt their eyes. Anything brighter than the moon in the night sky hurts their eyes, which is why they are rarely seen outside the dark hours.

Demon Lore: The decedents of the Fallen angels that evolved as time wore on, they have two forms; human form, in which they can keep some of their demonic power, such as their strength and speed and then their demon form. For males, usually the stronger they are the more loops in their horns they have. They are instinctively very territorial and possessive creatures, especially when it comes to their mates. The highest level/strongest of demons have power of hell fire burns which is hotter and stronger than normal fire.

Siren Lore: Sirens are the sisters of the merfolk. They have incredible voices and when they sing, the can temporary control living things, i.e. plants, humans. Limits to the control include, how mentally strong their target is, how long they can do it( it does take energy to sing power into anything. They can mostly pass for human, but they do have bird wings and bird feet, both of which can be hidden through magic.
